Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Pegasus Fightwear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, details will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Pegasus Fightwear is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
